Postage & Returns
We endeavour to dispatch Your order within 24 to 48 hours so You receive it as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for UK orders and 14 days for international orders due to “variable circumstances” with the postal service.
All custom orders will receive their personal tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after their payment has been received. If You have any queries regarding Your tracking number or the dispatch or Your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage unless such loss or damage arises as a direct result of Our negligence, recklessness or willful misconduct, or fraud or misrepresentation on Our part. Any claims for lost, stolen, seized or damaged items should be directed to the postal service.
We use plain discreet packaging. In the unlikely event that the goods You receive from Us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify Us immediately and We will arrange a refund or exchange of the goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked. In the case of validated returns, return postage and insurance costs will be refunded.
Refunds may only be given for any defective, damaged or incorrect orders, unfortunately no refund or exchange can be given for used products or wholesale / reseller orders. Any used products returned will be disposed of upon receipt.
We will exchange or refund payment within 7 days after receipt of items. When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a “proof of posting” certificate from Your post office or carrier.
All deliveries are subject to authorisation of Your payment.
When you place an order you will receive acknowledgement via email within 24 hours. You have seven days from us receiving payment to cancel your order. Your payment is taken straight away with us however if you immediately cancel the order by emailing email@example.com we will refund the item amount immediately and your order will not be sent.
If we have sent the item out and you cancel, at that point we can either arrange a return with yourself or if the item is still with the courier we may be able to get it stopped and returned to sender.
Full refunds will be issued immediately after an order is cancelled.
